Horrible, Ruined an expensive dress shirt and blamed the manufacture. Did not try to help or fix anything. Told me to call the company that made the shirt. Will never return

TERRIBLE. I Specifically asked if they could clean a light up sweatshirt with wires and a battery. They said yes. I go pick it up and they cut the wires from the battery. Now the sweatshirt is broken. Of course they denied it. Won’t give me a refund.

I have been coming to this spot for a few years now. They are EXCELLENT at what they do. I've brought my most expensive suits and shirts here to dry clean and they've done an amazing job every time without fail. I just recently took some suit pants here because Indochino kinda messed up the fit and she fixed it in a few days. it fits PERECTLY now and the seems are better than what was done at the store. Jane is absolutely wonderful. Super friendly and caring to all customers. I always see her taking extra care to explain the process etc. Pricing is very fair too for her work. HIGHLY recommended for dry cleaning and tailor needs. I can speak for the suits and shirts as well as tailoring pants. Haven't really brought any thing else here aside from that but i'd expect great work either way.

Literally double the price of other places within 1 mile away - and that's even after the " 10 percent off " you get if you pay up front before job is done . When she told me the price I literally thought she was kidding .

If it was possible to leave zero or negative stars I would. This dry cleaners is the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. The owner and staff are rude and care nothing for the customer or thier property. You're just a dollar here boys and girls...more fodder for thier greed. Pay us now! Nevermind that they haven't cleaned the item..screw it they just want thier money. There are two other alternatives within a mile of this horrid shack that will treat you and your items with the respect and care they deserve. Any reviews over 3 stars on Google are paid off fakes to get discounts on poorly cleaned items!

Jane does a beautiful job on all my clothes. She has tailored my prom dress, jeans and athletic pants. Comes out perfect each time! She is also very sweet and a pleasure to talk to! Highly recommend.
