“Efficient service but I would never take recommendations from the reps on the telephone. They completely distorted my service and did not know what they were talking about. Ended up with a streaming service and no TV. I was supposed to be lowering my bill by $30 with additional Extra TV. Nope. Finally spoke to a supervisor and the streaming thing would not work with the boxes. I wa told to return the new streaming boxes and original TV (cable) would be restored. My sister got involved and installed them have to have a new modem and router. One TV has regular channels I think. And, it's costing more.”
“Gotta give credit when credit is due let’s all be honest here. Verizon is on the expensive side of the mobile carriers but they do have amazing offers like iPhone Pro, Max and Free I watch with it. How do you beat something like that ? when you walk into one of their stores you know you are in a premium store they actually have the device you want in the color that you want and they’re not telling you order it online to get that price they make it happen the manager, Mike S absolute standup guy and does everything to make sure you walk out with what you actually wanted none of what you didn’t no pressure sale and a boatload of product knowledge and experience but if you’re not looking for all that special stuff, how about this he’s super fast and knows what he’s talking about !!!”
