The guy sets the standard on what it means to be a business man. He's patient, thorough, helpful, and every thing. He never makes you feel uncomfortable or like you're being too picky or whatever. Never makes you feel like you're waisting his time. He just does great business, at great prices and have fantastic shipping speed and delivery services. This is the standard of mattress shopping I expect and I pray I can buy every mattress I ever own again from these people. They did a great job this time around. Extremely impressed!

I rarely write reviews but I just purchased my third mattress from Mikey Mattresses. I had just bought the frame for my daughter and they accommodated me and delivered the same day! Doreen was not only pleasant but tremendously helpful along with Steve who showed me a few different mattresses. The owner, Mike, not only gave me a great price but he is honest and professional and a genuinely good man. If you are buying a mattress, I suggest going here first - you wont go to another place!

After thirty years it was time for a new mattress. We did a lot of online research and visited many mattress stores. We learned that you must test the mattress in person.
Some stores only carry limited brands which made it impossible to compare accurately. The sales people in chain stores made it obvious they cared more about their commission than our comfort.
We tested mattresses by laying on them and sitting on the edges to test firmness. We were surprised to learn that mattresses were even given a sex rating.
With all this in mind we are so happy that we met Doreen at Mikey Mattress. She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient and funny. She made the entire experience a pleasure. Their customer service is phenomenal and they will do anything to make you happy.
Over the next thirty years I will enjoy a good night’s sleep every night and love this mattress even when I’m awake.

The best service ever! In the store Doreen went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The delivery men couldn't have been nicer. They even put the box spring cover on for me! Plus they gave me a delivery time and were right on time. And I got gifts!
FORGET THAT "OTHER MATTRESS STORE"!!!! GO TO MIKEYS FOR REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll be a Mike's customer for any all future mattress needs.

Doreen was so helpful and knew exactly which mattress to show us when we explained what we were looking for … we were in and out so quickly and delivery was the next day! the price was unbeatable than anywhere else. Don’t even bother going anywhere else. Mikey mattress is the best.

All around 5 star shopping experience and purchase. I went in to browse and left with a new mattress set. Doreen went above and beyond. After going through all the different options and narrowing down what type of mattress I wanted/needed, she went right to work. Through process of elimination, I found the three that I liked most. While I kept testing them out, Doreen got the prices on those three in order to help with my decision making. The prices are amazing and unbeatable and nowhere near what you would pay in a big box retailer. To top it all off, it was delivered and set up the next day. If you need a mattress then this is the place to go!

Wow! What an amazing experience. This was our first time going to Mikey's Mattress and we are so glad we did. They were highly recommended and we can see why. We dealt with Doreen who really listened to our concerns and she took the time to help us navigate the best outcome. She definitely went above and beyond with customer service.
