The shirts I ordered are fantastic quality, and I am very pleased with how they turned out! I did only receive part of my order on the 1st shipment. I contacted customer service, they were very kind and helpful, and resolved the issue quickly. I will definitely order from this company again!

I ordered the blue hi vis EMS jacket. Just got it today. In the middle of a snow storm in IL. Very warm, impressed with the quality and weight. Plus affordable! I like most EMT'S paid for this out of my pocket. I'll be buying another for sure!
2/1/24 update. The decal started peeling with in 6 days (was told they dont hold up the best on this coat). I reached out and Francesca, who assured me it was a defect and that they'd make it right! All I had to do was let them know what I'd like them to do. So I went with embroidery for the EMT this time. I am beyond happy with how it looks. I can't say enough about how customer service, is actually juat thast, service. Hoping to get my ambulance to purchase this exact coat and lettering choice for our members.
