We had a wonderful experience here. We went in to have our 2 month old daughter’s ears pierced. The process was quick and informative. We also had some jewelry repaired and polished. They looked good as new! We will definitely be coming back.

Had my daughters ears pierced at 7 months here. They did a phenomenal job. They knew how to work with babies, they were calm, and were prepared. It has been one month since my daughter got her ears pierced, and they look beautiful. They have a sterilized case with different sizes and price points to choose for earings. I would highly recommend.

Putting a pin in this as I finally got ahold of them...After Christmas my husband and I ordered a new wedding band via Contempo's website. We were excited as his original was stolen and the one we ordered looked to be exactly the same. We've been charged the FULL cost of the ring and after 1 month, we've made multiple calls with zero response. We're not sure if we were ripped off and should file a report or what since we cannot get a hold of anyone. We understand it's a busy time of year for jewelers but no attempts to respond is a bit ridiculous. Placing a dispute on our order and would recommend that you do not purchase anything online with them.

Stepped into this place of business today to have my daughter's ears pierced. We we're buzzed inside and stood for what felt like forever before the 3 women behind the counter engaged in a conversation with a customer did not even look at us. For a minute I thought it was us but then I watched as another customer came in and was greeted the second she walked in.Piercing turned out good but was not the most friendly environment.

I've been wanting to get my second and third lobe piercings for a while, but have been so nervous! I chose Contempo because of their stellar reviews and my experience did not disappoint. Ella was incredibly attentive and guided me through the entire process. She helped me pick the right spot, and when it came to the actual piercing, it was super quick and hardly painful. 10/10 experience, highly recommend you coming here and seeing her!!!
