gas station store worker are very aggressive ,not helpful ,very rude ,worst customer service

I was charged $30 for a juul device, I buy them all the time because I lose them. They are always $10 maybe $15. Outrageous I asked for a refund and I was refused. Went over to the 7-11 across the street they scanned the item it came up as 9.99. Stole $20 terrible customer service
