I recently had an appointment with the bank, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. Firstly, despite having scheduled the appointment in advance, I was made to wait for a whole hour before being attended to. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time.
Moreover, the staff seemed disinterested and unapologetic about the delay. There was no communication or explanation given for the long wait, leaving customers in the dark about what was happening. This lack of transparency only added to the frustration and disappointment.
Overall, my experience with the bank during this appointment was extremely unsatisfactory. The excessive waiting time and the apparent disregard for customer service left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise others to reconsider scheduling appointments with this bank, as it seems they have little regard for their customers' time and convenience.

The worst. They call me every day and hang up when I answer. It’s the main BoA phone number. I spent an hour on hold calling them back and being transferred for them to say. “We didn’t call you probably fraud oh well”. Somehow you manage to annoy people who aren’t even your customers.

Went in yesterday with questions regarding charges on my personal checking acct. Hadwin and Shelly went above and beyond to answer ALL of my concerns and settled the matter with courtesy and professional attitudes! I left totally satisfied with the resolution. Thank you Shelly and Hadwin!!

Great service. Even though they are short staffed and dealing with a pandemic, I was briefly helped. Im not the best communicator but the woman who helped me was super understanding and helped me with everything I needed. Great to see that good service is still being given by banks. Kind hearted and genuine individuals like her is what we all need.
