It has a small pond and recreational facilities around . Have separate field to play football and baseball . I usually go for short walks and few workout equipments which accesible to all . Children have swings and few slides and can easily enjoy an evening . Its never overcrowded.

When we sold our attached townhouse in April of 2014, the annual property taxes were around $7400 a year with the STAR discount. Now in 2016, they are $9400 a year. Freaking incredible. The neighborhood still looks like a slum.
