I’ve had an on going issue with my previous carrier and my exp. @ this store started with Jon Nikolas and ended with Chris and Amanda what an experience can I say smooth and completely no complaints with the service @ this store… it was very clean and had all the inventory that I needed and they made my entrance to Verizon very smooth and it wasn’t a bad idea to do it… if your in the Rockland area make sure you stop by this store and check them out first

Rude. Nasty. Unprofessional. Terrible attitude with awful results. Verizon should change the management and staff at this location asap. I get that working with the public everyday is annoying, but din’t take it out on customers who don’t want to be there either.
