“The manager Ken is super helpful and friendly. The location is clean and comfortable with the climate controlled interior. Great storage facility. I was also able to get 24 hr access for a small fee. Most places do not offer 24 hr access so this is a nice perk that further sets this facility apart.”

Despite being a long-time customer, I was charged for a full month's rent even though I only moved to a different storage unit on a different floor. I believe there could have been better communication and understanding in this situation. I hope the facility can take this feedback into consideration and improve their policies for future customers. And I’m still hopeful they will issue me a credit”
