My experience with the sales team at Schultz was great. Angelina was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. I returned my 2021 Edge for a 2024. So far the new Edge is great. I have purchased autos from Schultz for approximately 10-12 years , and the service is top notch. I happily to see them again in 3 years, when I plan to get another vehicle. I will also recommend Schultz to friends, coworkers, and family, if they are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

No problems making a next day appointment. Jimmy from service is super personable.i waited for the car and service was done quickly. Only quibble is customer waiting area is small and cramped. No issues that day, but if more than three customers are waiting, it gets very crowded.

Buyer beware ! as I spent this afternoon closing out my lease on my ford i can honestly say that the salesman was professional and helpful but the department manager that I Dealt with at the dealership down in Haverstraw was one of the Sneakiest characters I have ever had to deal with. Needless to say he was not forthcoming with the cost of the Warranty packages and quoted me out for the most expensive one then ran my credit without giving me the option or opportunity to select a cheaper package. By the time he finished I'm now paying $6,000 more than what my Original car loan ended at. #iamjustsaying

Fantastic Experience at Schultz Ford W Haverstraw with Roger!
I recently purchased a Bronco Badlands from Schultz Ford W Haverstraw, and couldn't be happier with the entire experience, especially thanks to my salesperson, Roger! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Roger was incredibly knowledgeable about the Ford lineup and patiently answered all my questions, never pressuring me or rushing the process.
He took the time to understand my needs and budget, and found the perfect Bronco for me. The entire buying process was smooth and transparent, and Roger explained everything clearly, making sure I understood every step.
I also appreciated the friendly and helpful atmosphere at the dealership. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous.
