horrible bank - don't deal with them for refinancing. We used a team we have used in the past who moved to this bank, so I know it is the bank. We are asked for documents that we have told them don't exist, we have been asked for documents we have given and they NEVER return a phone call. 6 months later and they are still working. I am ready to stop the process at the end and go to another bank.

I would have given 0 star if I could; this bank is the worse I have ever dealt with. we refinanced our mortgage with them and they are have been a complete nightmare. They attached an escrow account to our monthly mortgage payment. We were charged to remove the escrow account. 4 months later after the escrow account that is inactive they are still billing us for escrow. We have written letters, called which take an hour to speak to an agent, agents are rude and at times have hung up on me. They have made our account delinquent because of the escrow amount that they are still billing us. We cannot get anyone to call us back not even the president of their bank to whom we sent letters. This bank is an absolute fraud. Stay away, I would never recommend this bank not even to my enemy!!!!
