“I went to this Verizon store when my phone had an issue that I was unable to resolve with the customer care representative through the Verizon Help Center. While I’d had an unhappy experience at this particular store in the past, I went back as the location was convenient and I had heard that there were different people working there now, nicer and more honest. And they were right. Chaim and Freddie were not only nice but very competent; and Avi, who replaced Freddie when he moved on to further his education, is equally nice and competent.Since then, Chaim, Freddie, and Avi have taken great care of me, which I especially appreciate since I have health issues that make it even more difficult for me to deal with the frustrations of electronic devices. I know that if I need help, all I have to do is call them. In fact, on many occasions they assisted me over the phone rather than have me come to the store, which is not always easy for me. They regularly go above and beyond, a quality that I feel has been disappearing in our culture these days, and in turn they have my loyalty as a customer.”

“I was trying to switch from FirstNet to ATT. The process took / hours and it still was not solved. In fact I am having issues receiving text and phone calls. And I am unable to access my account. Never ever join FirstNetUpdate to my review. The manager ( I think he was the manager) was able to solve the problem quickly. He was very helpful. The actual ATT customer service line on the phone are horrible. Thank you for solving my issue”

“Had the MiFi and esim. Covered 1400km from the Dead Sea to 1 hr North of Golan Heights and everywhere in between. I never once lost connection. My GPS worked flawlessly and my phone never dropped a call. The MiFi hot spot powered my wife’s work laptop, her phone, son’s Nintendo connection, daughter’s apps at the same time with high speed.Costumer service via Whats App support was second to none. We were able to use two other phones over Wi-Fi on airplane mode in addition to the esim on mine.”
“Randy is the best around. Had a phone that needed a new LCD screen put on it and others quoted 3 times what he replaced mine for. I purchased a screen myself and brought it to him, he fixed it perfectly and it literally cost me a third of what someone in Mt. Kisko had quoted me. He's honest and has great prices. Gets it done quickly too. Will definitely be using Randy again in the future and recommending him to all my friends and family.”

“I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”
