The folks at MI-Box were great doing business with. Speaking over the phone with them made me comfortable that I chose the right container storage company. They were very flexible and accommodating. I have no complaints. Very professional and also very kind in the process.

Joe helped me with my move from North Rockland to Westchester. The entire process was easy and Joe was always great to deal with. I also used them to store my box for about a month. Arranging drop off and pick up dates was super easy and price was reasonable. I have recommended them to friends and family. I will use them again!

Today I finally ended a six month experience with Mi-Box. Back in September, I thought I would have to make a quick move, so I called around and found the best price for the unit I wanted to move my three bedroom house. They were able to deliver the unit before a week was out. The quick move ended up dragging on into December when I was finally able to make my move. Mi-Box came and picked up the unit at my old house in Middletown and delivered it to my new house in Port Jervis. Over the next month and a half, we emptied the unit and made arrangements for pickup. Then we started getting snow storms twice a week. It took an additional 2 weeks before they were able to get the unit. I would have preferred it to have left sooner but I completely understand the weather impact. Even with the hiccup at the end, the folks at Mi-Box delivered a product and service that was everything I had thought it should be. Thank you Mi-Box.

Mi Box was able to locate a container for me at the last minute for my move. They were helpful, on time and got the job done. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They do not show up when scheduled to pick up on multiple occasions. Always rescheduling just to not show up again.

Was in a pain mode because of another container company called me the day before they were suppose to drop off the box at the rental house that we needed to move out of and told us they had made a mistake and thought it was for next week. The people at Mi-Box in Haverstraw not only were able to get us a box in 24hrs but also gave us a discount on the unit itself...great customer service!

I was redoing my downstairs of my house and the work took almost three more months than what the contractor thought. Not only did Mi Box help with the the price on the extra months, they also kept in touch with the contractor to make sure that they finished with the new date of completion.
