Came in for a late afternoon appointment and we were in and out within 25 minutes to get an enhanced ID. The guards were very kind and helpful. The employees are so nice.

I was about at my Witts end and Mr. Obrien and his supervisor definitely saved the day, I was going to have to return to get my vehicle registered after finding issues with what I was given, they worked with me and helped me resolve my problems and leave with my plates. Extremely grateful.

100% faster and better then Brooklyn DMV and Yonkers DMV! And they really working hard when you have a problem.
