This place use to be clean, quick, efficient and effective. Lately, it is the exact opposite. The place is absolutely filthy.......fingerprint smudges all over the door, the floor is dirty and the napkin area is gross. I order on the app and it is never ready when I get there or It is routinely incorrect. They really need to get their stuff together as the Dunkin corporate model is very standardized and should be easy to follow.

I love this place to hang out with friends but this women by the name of ANGELICA was extremely rude. She should be fired immediately! Her customer service skills were horrendous. We watched her talk bad about customers infront of us! Please remove this hellspawn from your business!!

I order my drink via the Dunkin app to ensure my drink would be ready for a quick pick up. This location has a designated area for order pickup. They used to be really great about setting out pick up orders so it's easy to grab and go. This has happened to me the last 5 times I used this Dunkin. I placed my order via the app a good 20 minutes before I intended to pick up as I know this location to be a bit slow about making pick up orders. I get to the location and it's a little busy inside, but no worries, I ordered ahead and my drink should be sitting out with the order slip showing my name for easy pick up. The order pick up area was completely empty and there were several drinks just piling up on the counter. Several people were waiting in line and no one looked happy. After about a 10 minute wait I decided to look around in the hodge lodge of drinks piling up and found my drink sitting on a slip with my name. The drink was sitting on top of the name so I couldn't see it and it was so far back on the counter I had to lean across a couple other drinks to find mine. Why not just put my drink out on the designated pick up area with my name easy to read so I don't waste my time and clog up their lobby. This location really needs to get its organization back together. They make getting a simple cup of coffee far too frustrating, especially when there is a much more efficient location about 2 miles away. I'll make the drink to the other location to avoid this hot mess.

I gave my order twice, first time the guy didn't put my order correctly. I waited and didn't even realize i was waiting for nothing. All the customer have left already. So the second time I ordered, they called out the order so I ask them politely if that was mine. She just looked at me and step away without saying anything. This place needs to retrain employees how to treat and approach the customers nicely. I agree with all bad reviews here. Staffs were rude and loves to roll their eyes on the customers. I do not usually write bad reviews but this place really triggers me.

Spent almost $40 there and among the things I ordered was two medium hot chocolates. There was an issue with one of the drinks and the girl working refused to fix the order. I understand she couldn't take the drink back because of Covid but she insisted she couldn't give me a refund or an even exchange of the drink remade. She finally admitted she probably made the drink wrong and tried to give me a small which wasn't what I wanted. I ended up having to toss both in the trash.

Believe the other reviews. 3/4 of the donuts we bought were stale. Anywhere else would be better

This place has been around forever and it's not a bad thing! The staff know their stuff and the place has everything you need to have a good time bowling. Def. A place that caters to the community which is great! Small food area in the back makes your basic fast food stuff, which is pretty good and the prices dont leave you wincing.

This is a typical dunkin' donuts. There were 3 workers behind the counter when I came here yesterday. 2 of them were taking orders. I am guessing one was in training because they were pretty slow moving. The third girl making drinks was super fast though! She was able to take my order and hand me my drink before the cashier typed in my order.

A typical Duncan donuts. They ask what you want before you are in the door. Not afraid to give you a stale donut.

Who is the manager of this place? They need to teach their employees how to smile instead of rolling their eyes whenever a customer walks in. Very unprofessional and RUDE.

This store is a disgrace. Sharing the below story: This morning Chelsea went into Dunkin Donuts on 9W with a worker from Another Step, the organization that she uses for her day program. The worker walked away from the counter as Chelsea went up to ask for an application. The DD worker, Riva, ignored Chelsea and asked the job coach who the application was for. The job coach motioned towards Chelsea saying Chelsea was looking to apply. The DD worker said "she's too slow to work here". The job coach answered "you haven't even spoken to her". The response "then we are not hiring" and walked away. Chelsea called me on the verge of tears and told me what had happened. Aimee irons and I went into DD to speak to the manager. I approached the worker who flat out denied being rude to anyone. When I brought up that she said Chelsea was "slow" her answer was "I remember now. She was the little person" Yes. She had no problem with what she said. When the manger, Matthew, finally came out he pretty much just placated me. No apology for what happened. He said he would talk to her and the owner. He didn't ask for my info to get back to me. He did not say that it was inappropriate. When I told him that the workers actions reflected poorly on the establishment, all I got was a "hmm" other than saying that the someone had already called and the previous comment all I got from him was a few head nods and a few "hmms". The behavior of the crew member and the manager was appalling. To treat any applicant, let alone person with special needs that way is unacceptable. In 25 years Chelsea has been lucky enough not to have faced this type of prejudice. The NR community has been so supportive of Chelsea and all her classmates over the years. Never again will I go there, I will drive the extra few minutes and go where my daughter is treated like the young lady she is. I am posting this in hopes that all who know Chelsea (and those who don't) will support us and let DD know that we as a community won't stand by allow this type of behavior to go on without some consequence. A few people have tried to call the Matthew and have been told that he is aware and is not taking any more calls."

A handicapped friend of mine went with her job coach to apply for a job at the DD in West Haverstraw. She was openly ridiculed, dismissed and told that she was "to slow to work there". Those of us who know this lovely lady, Know a few things: She is extremely smart and quick witted. She has a sharp sense of humor. She is strong and beautiful. She is one of the best people I know and that is not an exaggeration. All who know her feel the same way.. Not only was the manager and one of the employees rude and dismissive, they doubled down on their ignorant hateful bigotry and were arrogant and unapologetic for their behavior.

One of the women working there is extremely rude. I work with adults with disabilities and she is nothing but nasty and judgmental towards them. I have been going to this Dunkin since I was young, as it is in my town, but it has gone downhill over the years. They constantly get my order wrong. I am always trying to order on the go and get an error on my app saying their on the go ordering is offline. My cousin ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave her a croissant with cream cheese. Who the hell eats a croissant with cream cheese? I rather go to West Haverstraw bagels for an coffee then to waste my time at this place.
