I love the store and location. I come here quite often for lunch. While enjoying a delicious chicken buffalo soup I almost swallowed a large piece of plastic. I reported it to customer service. They gave me a refund and told me to expect a call from corporate.

Wegmans bakery did a fantastic job with an order for two dozen custom cupcakes with an image on them for a very special work event. The whole process was expertly handled. I was able to email the image file to the catering department (you can also upload on their website). Melanie, the person helping me over the phone, was patient and able to answer every question. Curbside pick up was ready exactly on the date and time I said I'd be there. If only everything could be this efficient. Thank you!!

The best grocery store. Whole Foods management and employee need to come for training here. From the fresh baked goods, the prepared foods, international
foods, the fresh fruits and vegetables, friendly CUSTOMERS SERVICE wegmans is a world leader in culinary experience. I remember going as a kid to the upstate location and I was amazing by the quality, well it still has not changed in 30 years .

Baked goods and certain frozen items and meats and fish are decent quality but the prices are too high, generally, especially for produce.

Lots to offer, with many ready to eat food choices, and seating area Excellent beer selection. Might be a bit more expensive compared to other markets.
