As an active woman over 60 who was recovering from a fracture I realized that I needed to work on balance and strength to prevent further injuries, regain confidence, and reboot my energy level. I contacted Tracy and discussed my needs and I immediately knew that she would be the right person to help me on my journey. On my first visit to Tracy's gym I realized that it was the perfect setting for private sessions: immaculate, comfortable and fully-equipped. Tracy combined her vast expertise in woman's health and fitness with a genuine concern for my health and lifestyle to tailor a unique and effective program to achieve my goals. Her skilled coaching and support have been instrumental in improving both my body and mind!

I have worked with Tracy during pregnancy, postpartum, and in between. She is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. You will feel good after working out with her and love the changes you see and feel in your body. She listens and makes sure that you are feeling both comfortable and challenged by the workouts. She really tailors her workouts to YOU and definitely focuses on your goals. She’s awesome!!

Working with Tracy is one of the best decisions I have made for myself both physically and mentally, she is the best! She takes the time to listen and understand your goals. She explains why and how the work during the sessions, and the homework assigned, will help you reach those goals. I was looking for someone to hold me accountable and help to keep me on track but also be understanding of my individual needs and goals. Tracy strikes that perfect balance - she is realistic and so knowledgeable while also being understanding. Tracy is positive, motivating, and fun to be around. Overall, my physical and mental health would not be where it is today without Tracy!

Tracy's approach is pragmatic, empathetic, contextually aware, and deeply knowledgeable including of evidence based birth practices. I reached out to Tracy as I moved into my second trimester for prenatal work. We did an initial intake call in which it was immediately clear that she is evidence based (and current) and deeply supportive of birth preferences that are important or relevant for each of her clients. I was oriented toward a home birth plan - Tracy did not question or assert her opinion on me but rather has been intentional in including relevant training in order to best prepare me for that goal. Thru training, I’ve built better spinal and pelvic maneuverability, I’ve been afforded her moral support on weeks when I’ve had harder emotions or pregnancy pain, and I’ve been able to find appropriate practitioners thru her network.

Tracy is a phenomenal personal trainer! I’m very weary of using personal trainers after a trainer had me doing inappropriate exercises with poor guidance that led to a stress fracture in my foot that took 9 months to heal.When I met with Tracy, I felt she took my needs and concerns seriously while also providing the appropriate motivation.Tracy was extraordinarily thorough and clearly takes her work seriously and with pride. She was well organized, always prepared, and able to provide the motivation and guidance to do our work together. Tracy also even provided thorough emails with follow up exercises to maintain our work between sessions! That was a first for me and it was much appreciated especially since I am easily distracted.I chose to go to her gym which was clean, new, and peaceful! A great break from the chaos of my house as well as the chaos and germs of a gym.Tracy is an incredible person and believes in her work and physical health, and is truly dedicated to the wellbeing of her clients!I love working with her! She has helped me focus and find the areas I want to strengthen and guides me to meet those goals and think ahead to newer ones.I highly recommend her!

I absolutely love my training sessions with Tracy. I had back surgery last year and have permanent issues stemming from it, but Tracy knows exactly how to work around them. I have also never repeated the same workout twice, so sessions are never boring or monotonous. Tracy is so knowledgeable and fun and I cannot recommend her enough. LOVE!!!

Working with Tracy has been the best thing I’ve done for my mind and body. Before working with Tracy, I had no idea where to even begin on my fitness journey. But ever since training a few months ago Tracy has helped my journey grow immensely and now I find myself in the gym everyday excited to workout. Tracy gives you results and this is the best I have ever felt and looked in a while. I couldn’t recommend Tracy enough, if you are thinking about training do it because you will not regret it!!

Tracy is truly the best of the best. I came to her with little to no muscle with the goal of wanting to build muscle and tone. She has helped me to achieve major progress and so much more throughout my health and wellness journey. Tracy is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely cares and her passion for fitness is infectious.With that being said, she is so much more than a trainer. She has been the greatest coach, confidant and mentor that I could have ever asked for. Tracy has been there for me every step of the way and I couldn't have gotten to this point in my life if it wasn't for her.All my life I have had a tumultuous relationship with food. I've operated under a calorie deficit and have admittedly been a habitual yo-yo dieter to the point where I went from my smallest to my largest in a matter of 6 months. I have always worked out but focused mainly on cardio and under eating to maintain my weight. I realized this cycle wasn't sustainable and I wanted to take control of my life with the hopes of adopting a healthier, more balanced approach to my health and fitness. I needed help.The day I decided to reach out to Tracy, my life changed. I realized that I don't have all the answers and that I needed someone with the knowledge and expertise to guide me on my journey. Tracy helped me understand that food is fuel and helped me figure out my calorie maintenance in order to determine how much I needed to be eating in order to gain muscle. That, combined with the personalized strength training and HIIT workouts she plans, I have noticed insane results - physically, mentally and emotionally. I go to Tracy three times a week and it's always the highlight of my day knowing that I crushed a workout and am one step closer towards reaching my goals with every session.Tracy has played such a significant role in my journey and I am beyond grateful that I found her. Seeing the changes and transformation in my body has given me a newfound appreciation for my body and all the things it is capable of. I now have a healthier relationship with food, a genuine love for strength training (and seeing my muscles grow & discovering muscles that I didn't even know I had - thanks to Tracy), more flexibility and an overall improved perspective and sense of well-being. I also have more knowledge of training (I realized I had basically been doing a lot of exercises wrong for so long) and I have gained exposure to different workouts that I now incorporate in my own routines. This is the best investment I have ever made.If you're looking for someone to help you on your journey - you don't have to look any further. I couldn't recommend Tracy enough! I am eternally grateful that I found her when I needed someone like her the most. Truly a godsend.

I started with Tracy after I wanted to get back into working out after my c-section. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a lot of modifications while I was healing. I still go to her now. She is a genuine person and a very skilled trainer. She is always coming up with new exercises and variations when needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy!

I've been training with Tracy for four months and it has really helped me get stronger physically and mentally. She crafts specific workouts to strengthen my weak areas, shares all her triathlon expertise and knowledge as I'm doing the sets (highly efficient with time), is high energy and enthusiastic, which really motivates me to push more during and off training sessions and really goes beyond just getting me to do the sets she customized, but showing how to do the exercises right for maximum utilization of your muscles and doing it safely so you are getting stronger without injury. I've learned a lot and can't imagine training for a tri without her. Definitely recommend working with Tracy. You won't regret it!

It's been a few months of training with Tracy and I can say it has been one of the best investments I ever made. She's thoughtful, kind, incredibly skilled and just a great presence to be around. She really knows her stuff and explains things well. I feel like I've learned a lot since I started and am feeling stronger by the day!
