Not for us! I found this business to be very impersonal. Aside from giving my child’s name at check in, I never met or spoke to anyone, including my 3 year old’s teacher. A staff member takes your child to the pool and you can watch them from the window. After 3 lessons, the teacher changed (I was not informed) then after inquiring, I learned that another new teacher would be starting next week. If you have a young child who trusts complete strangers, then I guess this place would work for you. The fact that I was never communicated with (nor was my child communicated with) shows that this is par for the course with this business. In addition to the impersonal atmosphere and inconsistency with teachers, they play loud club music in the pool. My child was terrified to swim every week and after 4 lessons I wasn’t going to put her through that anymore. I communicated my concerns to the business and I ended up paying for an entire extra month of lessons (that we didn’t attend) because they couldn’t “sell my spot.” If you have an older swimmer or you’re doing parent-child classes, maybe this would be a good fit for you. Their method of teaching seems solid but their lack of consideration for the teaching atmosphere of small children seems out of touch. I love supporting small businesses and I wish I was writing a positive review, but as I already communicated these concerns to the business I feel compelled to be honest about our experience.

They are incredible! The badge system keeps kids motivated and parents informed of the progress. Very different from regular swimming lessons you can take at most clubs.

All three of my kids have gone to swim tank. My youngest 4, is now swimming without her bubble. Jumping into the pool swimming to the side and getting herself out. Life saving skills! The staff has been flexible and accommodating. We have missed a class and was able to reschedule. I've read the reviews of people missing 3+ classes. I'm sure like any business they have staff for a specific amount of students and it'll get crazy if everyone had to reschedule. It's off 287. Allot time for traffic and accidents and your all good. We had our first born in lessons at the Y, Pace, etc. It was basically 10 kids in a pool splashing with one instructor. I don't want to teach my kid to splash I want to teach them the skill of swimming. Which is exactly what aqua tots does. The program is so booked because it is so GOOD. Small teacher to student ratio, with a proven method to keep young ones safe and confident in the water. 5 stars for sure.

Swim Tank has been a part of our weekly routine for over 3 years now. Put simply, my 3.5 year old is just the right amount of confident in, and around water. It's been amazing to see her learned skill-set advance and how the simple techniques taught from 4 months on have brought her to this point. The staff in the pool as well as out, have always been professional, friendly, and most important, amazing with my children. Thank you Aqua Tots.

I don’t know how SwimTank has achieved such a high rating. Let me note that this is a swim establishment in which children are driven to and from primarily by mothers, which leads me to my story and experience. Because my current pregnancy has left me feeling ill during the third trimester, this has forced me to miss some classes and need make ups for my toddler. Both the manger and supervisor (mothers themselves) refused to let me make up more than 3 missed classes (such a ridiculous policy that leaves no room for even a future make up in another session or a refund). Let me note that I am in the infant/parent class, so I enter the pool with my child each time and hold her myself, each time. Anyone who has been pregnant knows how challenging this can be coupled with a big belly, nausea, sciatica and so forth. What a terribly unfair and simply unsympathetic policy and group of people who run this corporation. Shame on them for not being more understanding to a mother and child situation. I will not be returning going forward and will surely be sharing my negative experience with everyone I know!

So far it has been great! My daughter loves it and is definitely improving her swimming skills. There is a long waiting list to get in though! But once you're in it's worth it, in my opinion. The place itself is not big at all, but very structured with good teachers and clean.

My 3 year old twins have greatly benefited from their experience in Aquatots! They learned so much about how to be safe in the water in just one session and are now strengthening not only their swimming skills but building their confidence both in and out of the pool. The instructors at Swim Tank have been amazing with my children, helping them into the pool and teaching them how to swim in a fun, yet structured way. As a parent, I'm very pleased with how professional all of the staff is there and how well they know they children. The communication is excellent and any questions I've had have been answered in a courteous and timely manner. We love Aquatots at Swim Tank and can see why so many people wait to "get in" there!

The instructors are very nice. My kids enjoy and learn a lot there. If you want to send you kids there, you should plan early. There are so many parents who want to send there kids there. It is hard to get in. Once your kids get in, you can keep them registered.
