“Before you go in there make an appointment or call ahead . If not! It could be a bad time if you have to provide a sample and you're ready to go . This is more of a knock on Quest and whatever vendor sets up the tests then the employees. Once in everything is seamless”
“David and Jasmine at Deerfield Road, Greenwich LabCorp location were phenomenal! They fully and clearly explained all steps of a multi-step testing process. They were professional, knowledgable, warm and friendly. I truly appreciate their kindness and commitment to excellent work. I highly recommend using this location for testing!”
“When this location has vaccines, they're pretty good option. Last year when vaccines first came out, things were well spaced out with 6 feet between people, single file lines, and distance between stations. For the third shot, they wrapped around a different area with cubicles that were separated. The only issue at that time was the supply came late and took awhile to prepare the vaccine for usage after defrosting, so there was a ton of waiting.”

505 New Rochelle Rd, Bronxville“The place is good, clean and they give you the result in less than 2 hours. Although the place is completely empty, literally not a single soul, they do not attend you without an appointment.”
“The phlebotomist was very helpful. I was there for my two sons but I had left the paperwork at home and he gave me the fax number so my doctor could fax it over. Once the fax came though I was taken care of quickly and took the blood samples virtually painless. This is the best Quest we've visited since the Rye Brook location closed.”
“In a raggedy run down building but the kiosk check in is straightforward, I was brought in prior to my appointment time and done in less than 10 minutes . The phlebotomist whose name I didn't catch did an excellent job finding my vein, sometimes it takes a couple tries to find a good one when I get blood drawn. There's a Quest right down the block from me so I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but they didn't have availability when I wanted it and this one did - and it was also on my way to where I work on Mondays.”
“The receptionist was very kind from the beginning. I was nervous and anxious since I was coming in for a medical abortion, but they were so kind that it made it a lot easier. I asked all the questions I had written down to the medical scribe and then I also asked many questions to the doctor. And the ultrasound tech was also very kind and asked me if I had any questions. Once I decided I would rather do an in-clinic abortion, they made the process easy for me to have what would make me feel most comfortable. It was very kind. I will update after Friday.”
“The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. Would definitely come back and recommend others their business. The staff is also proficiently bilingual (English/Spanish). Street parking only with a meter FYI.”
“I was afraid to go there after I saw those negative reviews. However I decided to go. I was so surprise when I went today. I just wait 2 minutes in waiting room and nice nurse came to get me and she took my blood. She was super nice and so positive! I didn't feel pain when she wast taking my blood! I do recommend that place!”
“I never had a problem at labcorp! Always took me on time, staff always very nice and efficient. I go there every three months, and it's always an in and out experience. Totally would recommend this facility!”
“Highly skilled professionals that draw your blood. I have confidence in them. Unlike new, inexperienced techs at other places who cant get your vein leave black and blues etc. True they could use more staff at times.”
“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”
