“So, my son has a four-hour drive to college and was uncertain about how roadworthy his car was since he had been given a list of problems the last time he had it serviced. Charlie was amazing: he checked it out for him the same day (on the house) and told him that most of the problems on the list were "bull". It's so hard to get no-nonsense information about anything anymore, and I felt like I had stepped thirty years into the past when customer service really meant something. This is my new favorite spot for gas, inspections, etc.”

“We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“I recently moved into the area, didn’t have a mechanic in mind to go too. The engine light turned on my car, I called up Sinclair since it’s walking distance for me. I spoke with Mike the mechanic who told me to bring the car in the am & he would check it for me.Mike was very professional, knowledgeable on what was happening with my car. Long story short . Mike repaired the part to the engine light and other items that needed repair.The price was reasonable, but most importantly I trusted Mike with my car , he treated my car as if it was his own. “Nicest people in the world! My Honda Accord started acting very weird on the Parkway. Rapid search for closest garage. Managed to limp into Round Hill. John and his fellow master mechanics spent a good amount of time troubleshooting and found a "very unusual" blown fuse, which they replaced and then road tested. All seemed fine and they sent us on our way... and way more than fair.”

“On Friday 5/26/2023 I pulled into Sam's to gas up my rental car. I went to throw out an empty bottle and when I shut the door I had locked the keys with my wallet and phone in the car. The car was right in front of the pumps and I knew that this was not going to be good. Sam's is a full service station and Sam and all his employees showed me what service really means. No anger, no attitude and thank goodness no judgement, the guys helped me try and call Hertz and Sam tried to open the car door. The car was in front of the pumps for over an hour and a half but no one got upset. They kept trying to help me in anyway they could.I want to not just thank them all for their kindness, but also want to let anyone in the area of the Westchester County Airport in NY know that if you need gas or any service for your car, Sam and his guys showed me that this was the place to go.Thank you again.”
