The passport lady Ava is a rude person. She made an inappropriate comment and couldn’t tell if she was joking or not. After seeing the comments here, clearly she has a problem with customer service and should be removed from the front desk.

Whenever i go
There i cant leave less than 30 min ladies who works there is very slow sometimes
Only work 1 and had to leave without drop of my mail they need younger and faster workers

I was there at 12:55pm 03/26/2024 the black lady there yell at me. And I'm the nicest person you can ever meet. I'm never going back
