I've never taken my Honda to a dealership because I had a bad experience purchasing the car (Levittown dealership) and I really didn't want to deal with them again. But I have been having a constant issue with my AC which I've had fixed at my mechanic multiple times. I was set up with Hassan who was extremely knowledgeable. I hope I can schedule with him again if I have to come back.

Made a same day appointment to service my Honda Civic because my A/C was suddenly blowing hot air. They provided quick and efficient service and did not have to wait long for my vehicle to be fixed. Hassan the service advisor was very friendly and helpful in explaining the issues with my A/C to me. Highly recommend speaking to Hassan!!

I had to get service done under warranty for my AC. I was dreading having to go to a dealer service center but it was covered so I looked for the best one I could find around. from the first call Kevin was SUPER helpful and informative, which put me at ease. He said to come in early and ask for him, and it really was that easy, the relax reassurance continued.
He followed up with me pretty quick after drop off to let me know the problem was infact covered and he wanted to get my car out asap that day and that he was gonna be in touch.
Before I could even wonder about how things were going, I heard from him again updating me that the car was already close to done and I should plan to pick it up in just 2 more hours to be safe.
This experience almost makes me wish I had more things to do and deal this service center?but thankfully I don’t.

What a rude service advisor. I had a reminder for A1 service which Honda recommends oil change + tire rotation (optional). Since I had done tire rotation recently, I just wanted to do oil change. The service advisor Vanessa was rude and said she will not reset the maintenance minder because I am not doing the optional service. Never had this experience at other Honda service centers. Terrible

My Honda accord with 35000 miles blew its transmission on the Long Islannd Expressway. I bought the car at Yonkers Honda so I was a little nervous about bringing it to Babylon since I didn’t buy the car there. Well I was wrong. The shop is spacious and immaculate. When I dropped the car off Vanessa was great. She was clear about the process and possible costs if the problem was not covered under the power train warranty. She gave me a loaner car so I could get to work that night. I was able to text her for updates on the car. She notified me the transmission would be covered under warranty. Within days she let me know the car was done. I highly recommend seeing Vanessa if you need to bring your car to this shop.

Angel was my Service Advisor. I brought my car in for a key programming. He found a problem with the headlights. Had parts the next day. He did not try to sell my any other services. Very happy.

Dear Union Brothers and SistersAs a former Sectery Treasurer of IAMAW Local Lodge 2750, serving JFK Airport for over 15 years, I am Urging ALL Union Members of ALL Unions to boycott NEW BABYLON HONDA Dearlerships, located on Montauk Highway in Babylon . We reccently bought a Use3d 2017 Jeep Renegade from them and were LIED to by the salesman about the sun/moon roof working,We bought a used 2017 Jeep Renegade from them on Dec 17th of this year.We spent 6 hours with the salesman, Finance Dealer before we drove the car out at 6:30 PM.JULES, the salesman took us for a test drive and intentionally did not drive on any road going over 30 miles per hour.We aske dabout the special feature onthe Jeep the douoble Moon/Sun roof, and JULES relpy was yes he tested it and it worked perfectly. The next day after we bought the car Monday, Dec. 18th the sunroof/moonroof had the sound of wind rushing in . When e thought the sun/moon roof wasnt closed all the way, we tried it, Well to our surprise it DID NOT WORK. We retuned the car the following day and they had to keep it for a few days to evaluate the problem. I called 3 times asming for Nick the assistant Manager, and of course the receptionist Liz blew me off saying he was busy with other customers. One of the servicve managers ANGEL told me after I called the Dealership 3 times without getting him to call back that the Sunroof Track was broken, and they would have to evaluate the repairs.Today being Dec. 29th I was told that they are not covering the car as we declined the extended warranty. I insisted to him that the Salesman and Dealership KNEW this was broken before we bough the car. All i got was BS excuses why they were not taking responsibility for the repairs. We picked up the car and feel wel got robbed by New Honda of Babylon. In conclusion, IUrge everyone, especially UNION Members to avoid this Dealership.

Found car advertised both on there website and Capital One both had the car listed for 14000.00. Spoke to the dealer on the phone and in person and no mention of the 5000.00 additional dollars that needs to be put down if you want to finance. After test driving and returning back to the dealership still no mention of anything beyond 14000.00 advertised. Then they put a credit inquiry in for a hard pull and infor you that everything went thru but now at a much higher rate and with 2500 down. Had they told me the car was actually 19K instead of 14K I would have never even looked at buying it. Reported to Capital One for deceptive sales practice and the BBB. After careful looking they hide that detail of 5K extra at the bottom of vehicle description tab and not on the main page or at the bottom. Sleezy sales tactics. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Warning: These people are crooks. Do Not Buy a Car from this Dealership:I don't even know where to begin. Let me just give a quick backstory: I'll start by saying that I was in a horrific car accident this past May. I nearly died. I broke my back in 6 places, broke 3 ribs. I was in the hospital and rehab for 3 months. Unfortunately, it was my wife's car that was totaled. I haven't wasn't able to drive (or walk) until just recently. So my wife has been driving my car in the meantime. Now that I'm ready to go back to work my wife needed a new car. She wanted a Jeep Renegade. We found the one she wanted at Babylon Honda. The salesperson, Jules, assured us that the car had been thoroughly looked over and that everything worked perfectly. They said that only the highest standard of vehicles are sold there. We took it for a test drive, and tested out most of the features. Unfortunately, the one thing we didn't test out was the sunroof. It's a double sunroof. We did ask Jules about it and he assured us that it had been tested and worked perfectly. Big mistake taking his word. We bought the car and on the way home we tested the sunroof and it didn't work. So we called them back immediately. They said to bring the car in. It was sent to their service station and it sat there for days. We kept calling to ask what was happening, and each time they said the manager was busy and that they would call us back. They never did, but they assured us that the problem was being looked at. After 10 days they told us that they couldn't fix it because it was a Honda dealership and the workers weren't sure how to fix it, so they contacted Jeep professionals to come look at it. They said that they were discussing with Jeep, whom they purchased the car from, of which one of them was responsible for the cost of fixing it. We get a call back telling us that unfortunately they were not responsible and they would not be fixing the car for us, and for us to come down and pick the car up, as is. We then said that we would like to return the car, and they said that they will not take it back, and that if we refused to come get it they will claim that the car was abandoned and that the town will come to tow it and it'll destroy our credit if we don't pay. So now I'm stuck with a car that the main feature doesn't work - it also makes a whistling sound, which I didn't hear on the test drive, coming from the broken sunroof. And the cost of fixing this out of pocket will be thousands of dollars. The sick part is that they knew about my accident, and pretended to care while we were there. All they had to do was take the car back, but I guess they don't want to be stuck with it, so they screwed us with the burden. On top of all this the experience there, while buying the car, was excruciating. We were there for 6 hours, mostly just sitting at the desk waiting to finalize the deal with the sales manager. We nearly walked out, and obviously now, I wish we had. So please, don't make the same mistake that we made. Find another dealership where the people are more honest. This place is what gives car salesmen their bad reputation. They meet every bad stereotype that you hear about them.
