I have just seen your reply. Phil, I work as an executive in marketing and so I know how damaging a negative review can be - factual or not. In this case it is. It was staff from YOUR business that addressed and dismissed my enquiry with such little regard and attempting (however was just juvenile and idiotic) an insulting diatribe, and smart arse response. Secondly, written defamation of character and business is referred to as 'libel' not 'slander', and it isn't defamation if it is true. Factually, your staff were rude and this we've in writing and so fair comment is made on the factual response of staff with evidently poor customer service skills. I retain the email back and forth of rubbish and smart arse response. So please, spare me the mis-education here because you are barking up the wrong tree as I'm incredibly well-versed in this area. I will however entertain your question; Vivid Ink Supply Store in Marietta. GA. AGAIN, my factual-review was a review and comment on the communication with your business to my enquiry to SIMPLY look into this thinking you would want to know of an issue like this. We were spoken to in a way so out-of-line and dismissed by staff of YOUR business so my review is entirely factual and warranted. Period.

I had placed an order right before the Holiday and we juggled getting the package and updated tracking information. However, on their time off they made contact with me and as well made the arrangements to get my order out of the warehouse. I was upset with the answering service and miscommunication at first but their represenative "Cindy" went above and beyond. Great products, Great customer service. Thanknyou
