The customer service experience was exceptional. Shereece was the person who greeted me and provided the service. she was very transparent and with her being aware and alert she noticed i was in distress . She explained to me what she was going to do and how she was going to do it, while setting me at ease. However the most amazing part was when she took my blood i did not feel the needle at all. Im a bariatric patent and most technicians have issues getting blood from my vein or even locating a vein. Im usually left bruised up and in paid. Shereece had no problems at all. Her technique was efficient and effective. I was in such aww with her performance and customer service skills.. she definitely needs to be training others. I highly recommend sunrise labs thus far.

Sharise is a polite young lady. She handles each patient with care and concern. She works this office by herself all week. Her office is clean and she is well prepared to handle any situation that may arise.

I absolutely hate going for blood and the sunrise labs by me is horrendous. I read the reviews for this location and thought let’s give it a try. And wow were they right !!!! Sherese (I’m sorry if I butchered your name spelling) was really amazing. I have had people have to go to my foot for blood and she had no problem with my arm! She was so personable and really knew what she was doing. HIGHLY recommend going here. Unless you are rude. Than leave my girl alone! ? definitely coming here anytime I need blood or my daughter !

I have terrible veins, I always leave with terrible bruising. This by far is the only place that I will ever go to get blood while living in New York. My girl there is the best and Nevada one vial to 12 files I have walked out with a smile always

My family and I have been at West Babylon office several times and we always had a pleasant experience. Other labs have had a difficult time drawing blood so I always let phlebotomist know she may need to use a butterfly needle set. She had no problem getting blood with regular needle and no bruising and I didn't even feel when she stuck me. It is relaxing to know you are in good hands. I did not get the woman's name but she is always there when me and my family had to visit this lab...

My daughters love Sharise. She is the best. Truly a caring person. You cant get a more professional person than she is. I wish all labs were as great as she is.

Went to sunrise labs in west BabylonCharisse was very professional and Kind. I didn’t feel a thing. Working by herself kept the lab running smoothly and professional.

Sharice was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. She is very kind, professional & talented. I came to her because the last place was not successful after 4 tries & 45 minutes. Sharice was able to do it after 1 TRY. I am so grateful to her. I was also incredibly impressed by her knowledge & her GREAT attitude. I will DEFINITELY go back because of her. Please let know how GREAT she is. Went there and the receptionist was so rude. We went at 11:30, they close at 12, she told me to go wait in the car and they Will call, 12:50 I go in and they said there's no way they can fit me in. Meanwhile, when I signed in, I thought that I was the 4th person down from the waitlist, when there were 2 more pages filled out waiting to be called. Ridiculous. she could have told me nicely that they can't fit me in the first place! Never ever going there again. Went to good Sam and it took 10 mins in and out and they were so nice!
