I am extremely disappointed at the awful service at this store. A nasty employee filling the produce section was so rude and nasty. I have never been spoken to like this child has spoken to me. He clearly does not like his job and acted like he did not want to be there. He slammed all the parsley out of rage. His behavior is a reflection of poor management. Thank goodness there are a dozen other supermarkets nearby. I don't need to ever return to this one.

This store is not customer friendly customer service is abysmal. Don't even try to go to service desk your met with someone who is miserable for sure doesn't want to be there .. I've been there with my kids and was given attitude where my children couldn't believe it !!!

This store is horrible from the management to the seniors doing the check out lines huge attitudes all around if they don't like their job quit or go into a retirement home already!!!!

I was shopping at stop&shop on rt 109 a few days ago and walked past this Manager I think his name is Ray . Anyway I was in shock how he was speaking to one of his employees. So mean and angry, very unprofessional.This man needs to take management classes and learn how to speak to people with respect and understanding even if the employee did something incorrect.

Everyday people with no disability park in the reserved parking area. If it was sometimes, I would not complaint. But, every day . And no one does anything. The purpose of the police department is to prevent any type of wrong doing. They're probably waiting for something horrible to happen for them to justify a visit to this place.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I called to confirm my refill was ready and showed up the next day only to find (once again) they don’t have it ready. This happens all the time at this location and the pharmacist (Carolyn) is extremely rude. If you can make it a few miles to the next location don’t bother with this unorganized, nasty, mess of a pharmacy. If 0 stars were an option that would be my vote.

Was at the West Babylon store today. At least 8 employees standing in a group not social distancing as they are expecting customers to. If they can not follow their own basic social distancing guidelines, just think about how they are handling food safety rules. Avoid this store!!

We were just there to get essentials.. but have to say .. they were putting out stock .. and one of the employees stocking frozen said If you guys want frozen pizza I am restocking it come back in a few minutes .. I thought that was especially nice of her … especially while I watched a young man stocking the frozen food get badgered by a customer .. which they were all working so hard... thank you to this store

This store has the worst management, the worst deli workers, and customer service. We are more than happy taking our 500 dollars per week to shop rite. Oh and don’t bother calling the Corp office they are worthless one week later no call back, go to a store that actually cares about your business!

To start, the pharmacist was too busy drinking starbucks to fill my order in a timely manner. Then when I tried to inform them of an app that would save time. Starbucks lady started getting loud about the fact that it's my responsibility and rudely cut me off even though I was trying to inform the other employee I dealt with earlier. Then she yelled at me that I was out of line. Clearly unwelcomed and wanting to extracate myself from a confrontation she clearly wanted, I walked away and said I will not be coming back. As my back was turned walking towards the exit she yelled, "don't come back!" I was in shock and went to the courtesy desk and the person behind the desk was not surprised. The overall store mgr Chris was great and said he would address it. However, I will be going to Amityville for now on bc I don't need a confrontation.
