The owner was very helpful and informative. He took the time to show me diagrams and simulations of the problems with my car to make it easier for me to understand. He was transparent and thorough about everything he was doing. They even gave me a ride home when I had to leave my car with them. One of a kind service, I highly recommend.

Love this place. I had a plug put in my tire on Route 109 a month ago and paid 10 bucks for a plug and gave a $5 tip. I went to JK because my tire pressure light came on again. The technician was kind. The woman who worked there was informative. She actually brought me the screw that the tech removed. I went to pay, "no charge". They don't charge for plugs. I gave them the $15 bucks anyway . They deserve it. My go to from now on. I'll spread the word!!

My 4th time here and I’ll def be back. As a woman, It’s hard to find an honest auto shop that will only do repairs on what you actually NEED. John is the absolute best. He’s honest, reliable and knows what he’s doing. Everyone that works there is fantastic and I’m really glad I found him. I highly recommend this shop for anything from an oil change to brakes and a NYS inspection, to an annoying check engine light! John and his crew are the BEST!!

Couldn’t speak more highly of the shop and John. Problem itself wasn’t major but John treated it as such, and even went as far as to stay open far past closing time to help me. Highly recommend and will use again!

Had an issue with a tire. The guys were very helpful. They didn't have the tire I needed to replace it but still filled it with air to get me somewhere that had it in stock.

I needed my tire plugged. It was the first place I found near me. They plugged my tire quick, added air to my other tires and recommended I look into new tires. The best part was that they did it as a free service. Awesome place and awesome people. Thank you guys

I've been coming to John for over 15 years, even before JK Auto. He's a good, honest mechanic. Every time my car has had an issue or just in need of routine maintenance, this is the place I go. The team is friendly and accommodating. They give you local rides and will pick you up when you drop your car off for service. John and crew are good at diagnosing issues and pointing out things that could become an issue. I've never had a problem with any of their work done on my car and highly recommend.
