Instead of going to a major dealer I came here fell in love with the prices and cars here. So I decided to buy a benz test drove it car drives great so I bought it . Drove off the lot Everything was legit got my title to my car with no problem customer service 6 stars . Definitely recommend buying here very mature and respectful place no hassle no change of prices cars are in top shape and that’s y I felt comfortable enough to buy here

I had such a wonderful experience at Reiners auto sales. They made the buying process so easy and was willing to take the time to answer any questions we had. It wasn’t just answering questions it was about helping us look for what we wanted and the price point we wanted. A lot of consideration was taken when helping us find our car. This is the second time we used Reiners for our family to get a car and we’ll definitely come back if we need one for another family member.

Very good experience with Reiners Auto Sales. I was appreciative that there was no bait and switch like some of the other dealers we went to. Jhony made the process go smoothly. He was straight forward and professional at all times. Jhony took care of some initial issues we had with the car and it's is running well. It's nice to get personal customer service. Thank you!

I purchased a 2013 Land Rover LR4. Within the first 2 weeks it had transmission issues. I called Johny, advised him that I couldn't drive it to him. To my surprise, he said, he'll take care of it immediately. He arranged for a tow truck to pick it up @ my home, & within a few days due to the holidays, he called me to advise that it was ready & what was done to repair it. I've never received this level of service from the "big guys", I would absolutely do business with Reiner's again. You should too. Thank you Johny for your excellent customer care........

Bought a jeep from here in october and it has been nothing but a night mare apart from my purchase the amount of times ive had bring the jeep into jhonnys mechanics to get parts fixed it had cost me almost an extra 400$ in rentals costs because they have no loaners available.. i also voiced my concern about a fuel pump issue and jhonny had constantly overlooked it saying that the fuel pump isnt i just had it diagnosed by another mechanic turns out thats what it was.. do not buy from this dealership if you dont want to have to change your work schedule around to constantly go to a mechanic that will fix parts that have nothing to do with your problems… and when i ask for paperwork showing the parts that he fixed on the car i get nothing sent… this is a scam
