Website says 5pm closing. I got there 445pm for an oil change. As I pull into lot the guy drops both doors and makes the we’re closed signal by waving his hand across his neck.
Great customer service. Changed posted hours to 445. Only positive I can say is the place is close. Always felt they were overpriced and pushy on upselling.

Today they told me my oil can’s screw is stripped, however I only had an oil change done here, so they are the ones that stripped the screw. I tried explaining this to them, but they yelled at me and drove my car off the lot and told me to get lost.
I am looking for a refund, now that I have to get the screw and oil changed at a mechanic.

I have come here twice, the first time, they refuse to use the superior products that I brought for them to use and the second time they told me to come down with a different vehicle to flush the transmission and then refused to do it. Incompetent staff and a waste of time on both occasions. unfortunate because i am so close but wont be returning.

Had an oil change on my 2017 kia Sportage with 97,646 miles. Today car won't start. 101k miles on it now. Checked the oil.... What, NO OIL!! DRY. How can this be?

Mike and his team are awesome! Saturday afternoon, Labor Day weekend -- my car's alternator died. Just barely managed to pull into the ProLube parking lot. One team member greeted me immediately, looked at the car and told me what was wrong. Every garage was already closed for the holiday. Mike kindly invited me and my daughter to sit in their waiting area (air-conditioned!) while we made calls and waited for AAA tow truck, etc. Will always remember this kindness! Thanks, Mike!

I finally found an oil change place that does an oil change service using mobile oil. Oil change places that only provide 10-15 minutes oil change and other minor services and repairs are hard to find that use Mobil oil to fill the engine. There was no wait time. There is a small waiting area with about five chairs and merchandise displayed for sale, such as wiper blades and auto fragrances. When services are complete, checkout is in the waiting room. Methods of payment are cash and credit and debit cards. Also in the waiting area are magazines to read. This oil change place also sells batteries. Easy on and off Route 9

I've been going to Prolube for years. They are always fast, helpful and friendly. Their waiting room is clean, air conditioned and has magazines.

First time there, quick and easy, 15 minutes tops. Very respectful and professional.Did a full service check up and even checked brakes at no extra cost. Definitely recommend going there for auto check up, I'll be back again for sure!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! A couple months prior, I had came for an oil change and was offered to have my cabin air filter replaced since my current one was too dirty according to one of the mechanics. Two days ago, I had my inspection done and they had found that the cabin air filter was sloppily installed and was smushed into place. I have attached a picture of what it looked like. So that same day, i returned to have my oil changed and confronted one of the mechanics there and explained the situation. I asked that they replace the air filter because of what happened and the mechanic said it was no problem.Seems great. After they had performed the service, it came to billing. The mechanic said, "Alright, it will be so and so for the oil change and $40 for the filter." I said, "No! This was done incorrectly previously and theres no way you're charging me for this right now Etc."The mechanic replied, "Haha, I was joking! Just wanted to see the look on your face."Oh hahahhahaa so you're lying to me and doing your best to be a cheap scumbag trying to reap the most money possible out of me. Nice! He ended up not charging me but he 100% had the intention to. I cant believe this guy still attempted charging me after I had already expressed how frustrated I was with their previous service. Absolutely ridiculous, I cant imagine how many people fall victim to these shitheads! I strongly recommend that everyone stays the hell away from this place.
