I buy tanks and other items, pay for them, only to be emailed a day later there is none in stock and this is not the first time. Do you have ANY idea of your inventory or just take people's money only to refund it a couple days later? I have a bunch of animals and I'm done with petco

I usually have always taken my kids to petco to see all the animals but this one was very simple just fish and parrots maybe 2 ferrets . And some reptiles. Overall the store for purchasing pet stuff was very well stocked with many options

This location's Team is top of the line! I was out of town and needed my puppies nails cut; I wasn't sure how to get my records, i called up spoke with Joe- without hesitation he walked me through how to get my pets records to submit for grooming at another location! Thank you Joe! I appreciate your patience and time you took to get me unfrazzled in an unfamiliar place! You are truly an asset!

I’ve been a frequent (1-3 x a week) customer here for years. I’ve purchased 4 of my own and rescued another 6 ferrets that have been dumped at the doors or left behind, and also adopted a hamster someone let loose in the store. I’ve been struggling about writing this review for many months, but decided it was time after my visits this week. The staff have all become what I consider friends since I’m there all the time and rescuing animals from them what feels like constantly. They’ve always been friendly, knowledgeable and gone above and beyond to help me out. I noticed a change in the overall store a few months ago where suddenly things were out of stock, aisles were half empty, and there was reduced staff. I met the new manager the day two ferrets were dumped in the vestibule in a box. I told him who I was and that I’d happily rescue them after the store vet checked them out. He couldn’t have been more disinterested. I all but had to force him to write my name and phone number down. He never called me. I found out later those two ferrets sat sequestered in a tank in “the back” for two months. I only got them because I came in to inquire why he hadn’t called me. He made the entire process of me adopting them purposefully frustrating by making me wait around for him to be ready, to find information on them, etc. He’s often rude, condescending, and has a habit of making you feel like you’re wasting his time in his place of business. I’ve also overheard him speaking to employees in ways I’m sure would make your corporate office blush and immediately order sensitivity training. I’ve been sending people to the store in my place in lieu of having to run into him or honestly using Petsmart who lately is carrying a much greater selection. This store used to be wonderful and the only change I’ve seen take it down is your new management choices.

I came here once but don’t think I’d return again for a plethora of reasons. The first reason is because the sales associates can be nasty and use profanity a lot, secondly they aren’t very clean cut in there appearance, I think Petco should have limitations when it comes to facial jewelry and hair color, it serves as a distraction and limits eye contact. Another issue with this store is that it always smells like animal droppings, the store shouldn’t smell like urine. I will however compliment how orderly and neat the shelves look. Furthermore, I believe Petco should really take the time to be a bit more like PetSmart.

Was a way better store when the old GM was there. They run no deals expect to pay top dollar for anything you need. Also no explanation to why and completely rude. Back to petsmart I go.

My groomer was Winter and she was professional, patient with my pet and very informative to me as a pet parent. She took the time to explain how I can properly care for my poodle's coat. Please note that she performed her job in a caring manner and all of this with a smile.

The store staff is fantastic and so helpful. I have a new puppy, and they helped me with a few items after working with Chris, who has supported me in training my dog; she is amazing. The store is great, and I will recommend it to others.

My dog had a grooming service done at this location - haircut, deshedding, bath.. I noticed he was scratching a lot afterwards. The scratching persisted. I applied a wet cloth to the areas to try to relief him and there were bubbles, suds that started to come appear. I then rinsed him in the bath and came to find that the soap used was not rinsed off from him. The amount of soap that came off from rinsing him was disturbing. As you can see in the pictures his skin is very agitated. I called in today to speak with management. Spoke with a gentleman who said he would have to relay the message to the manager and would call me back. I didn’t receive a call back. I didn’t want to leave a review but if someone can please call me to rectify this situation. This shouldn’t have happened and shouldn’t happen to anyone else’s dog in the future.
