This bank as a bank has very extreme and ridiculous rules, to deposit $100 you have to show your social security, your birth certificate, and driver license as a minimum requirement. I understand this kind of rules when you deposit big amounts but seriously for $100 is too much.But this branch make everything worse with a Latino cashier o maybe she is the owner of the bank who is very rude and inconsiderate . I feel really bad saying this because I am Latino but She is the worse. She also ask my relationship with the owner of the account to be able to deposit money. Maybe is another stupid rule of the bank , but the way she ask was very rude.And today she also mistreated someone else who work for me making feel really bad (again maybe the bank rules) but was the way she delivered the questions. Very rude

I never write reviews. But I have to in this case. I came in with help opening a business account, and the gentlemen I spoke with went above and beyond to take care of me. Josh was great and put in the work for me, as well as Stan the VP that was there. Both were fantastic at answering my questions and making sure I had the best service possible.Thanks again, Josh and Stan!

Geralyn and team here are top notch. I needed business checking accounts, and was planning on going with Chase, but their legal team had an issue. Geralyn's team had never dealt with my specific situation before, but they bent over backwards to get me what I needed and were very communicative throughout. It pays to shop small and local.
