Just wanted to recommend Patriot Mobility for anyone looking for stairlift information or installation. From management (Joe) to installation (Angel), this company really cares about their customer's safety and well being. Pricing was very fair and the staff is both considerate and responsible. I would work with this company again if additional mobility needs occur.

I got a stair lift installed August 4th by September 1st it stopped working I tried calling that day but they’re closed after 4:30, For something that cost $4,500 it’s pretty bad service and product. I have to wait for the manufacturer to send a replacement, they can’t just replace it with one of their own. There’s no place to call after 4:30. My stair lift stopped working after hours and they’re closed on the weekends and it was Labor Day weekend. Missed a cancer treatment appointment due to the fact that I couldn’t go down the stairs. Have been missing my physical and occupational therapy sessions. Wondering if there’s some sort of money return that can be done. It is now September 19th the product has been out of service almost longer than it has been in service They keep saying the warranty covers it for 5 years I won’t be needing this lift if I could make it to my appointments. The resolution was to press the button manually but I need someone here in order to do that, the point of getting the lift was to be independent. After my last brain surgery I can’t use the left side of my body so walking down the stairs is impossible. Good thing I practiced how to get up the stairs with the home therapist when they were here.all and all very unpleasant experience wouldn’t recommend.

Mike just wanted to thank you for being so good to our family. we sincerely appreciate your compassion and concern you are genuinely appreciated from the bottom of our hearts and an outstanding worker not to mention. Our experience with patriot mobility Mike specifically exceeded our expectations overall from start to beyond finish even still which speaks volumes. If months and months after installation still having impacted us this much that we were compelled to compliment you was the least that we could do to repay you some of the same courtesy in the least you have payed us. This past Saturday Eddie the OWNER of Patriot Mobility came to measure and give a quote. As we were talking about the plans for a ramp for my mom. Eddie informed us that he’s a military VET from the USMC, does a lot of work for military vets :D I then pointed to a flag in my house. He asked who’s flag it was and I told him, it was my dad’s. He thanked us for his service and when his secretary called us to schedule the appointment, she added that Eddie asked her to give us the Military Vet discount :D I wasn’t even thinking about discounts. I was just saying that my dad also served :DAnother company who’s in construction quoted us 8000.00 with discounts and although it was wood and ours from Patriot is Aluminum…..the cost of the ramp was OVER with discounts 50% off. Each situation is different and what we paid, you may pay either more or less than what we did based on your needs. Please keep that in mind :D Also, they for 1 year guarantee it and the material has a LIFETIME guarantee :D I couldn’t allow my mom to suffer, be home bound any longer. She will still need my assistance, but this will make BOTH our lives a lot easier. Would I recommend them……IN A HEARTBEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WITHOUT ANY HESITATION!!!!!!!!! Don't worry, the railing is secure. These pictures are during installation and the last 2 is the finished product.So, I thank ANNIE in the office, MIKE who assisted EDDIE and yes, I thank EDDIE for all his patience with us, for his assistance with the military vets and I too thank him FOR HIS SERVICE!!! SEMPRE FI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are a potential customer, you cannot go wrong if you are looking for a wheelchair ramp, stairlift or wheelchair lift.If you are looking for a wheelchair accessible van, there are much better options on Long Island.If you are looking for a job and you are a technician, you will have the opportunity to work with some very good people.If you are looking for a job and you are a marketing professional, run in the other direction. The owner has a basic understanding of marketing but has trust issues with getting burned in the past. The director of sales and marketing, who has been with the company since 2019, is viewed by the rest of staff as untrustworthy and underhanded. He has passable sales experience, none of which qualifies him to be in the position he is in, and his abject lack of knowledge of what marketing is and how it works will harm younger marketing professionals and will frustrate more seasoned pros.

I was looking online for ramp installers for my parents house in Clover, SC.We were referred to Patriot Mobility by National Ramp after I went on their website researching options. Troy from the Charlotte office was our estimator and installer. He was on time and very thorough in his work. We would recommend Patriot Mobility to anyone that has a family member that has mobilty issues. 10/10

I fell and broke my leg requiring surgery and after a couple of days was sent to rehab. A few days later a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 in another wing from mine but services were reduced to all patients to be safe. I was discharged early but unable to walk, let alone manage stairs. The first place my wife call tried to sell us a ramp and when we declined gave us the same price to rent one as for buying one. My wife then contacted Patriot Mobility who gave us a very fair price and rearranged schedules to get the ramp installed ASAP. They did a great job fitting one in a small space, the ramp looked brand new and they have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with the ramp. There was one man that installed the ramp his name was blessing and it was truly a blessing that he installed the ramp because he did a great job he put that ramp together like he has 30 years experience. I recommend patriot mobility to any one who needs a ramp and nobody will beat there prices I am sure ty.

I was drawn to Patriot Mobility because its owner (Ed) served as a Marine and I was buying the wheelchair ramp for my Mother, wife of a Marine who served in the Pacific Theatre during WWII. And I am very happy and completely satisfied with the experience. Their on-site expert and installer (Frank) was friendly and knowledgeable and their sales rep (Annie) was terrific. She clearly was interested in doing the best possible to meet our needs. Overall - very competitive, great product, and professionally installed. Moreover, my 101-year-old Mother is very pleased and happy! I recommend Patriot Mobility without qualification.

Just had my New 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with auto wheelchair ramp delivered. Extremely advanced with tons of bells and whistles. Heated seats, heated steering, multi view viewing on screen, lane correctors, everything needed for comfort and safety. Auto lock in and easy access for my husbands wheelchair. My deepest Thanks to Matt who helped me through the entire process, and endless thanks to the VA for making this possible. Matt and Patron Mobility staff are extremely considerate and thorough, and walk you through every step. You have given my husband and I the ability to get about and we are very Grateful!!! Thanks Again.???????

We first engaged Patriot Mobility when we needed simple things...like hand rails and bar grabs. But as my parents aged, they were able to help us more and more, including installing 2 different stair chairs and a vertical platform lift. Every time we called, they were incredibly responsive and polite. They truly understand the needs of aging parents and helped our family accommodate my parents needs for the long term, in a compassionate way. My dad is now 95, and is a WWII vet. Patriot partners with the VA to make sure he has the equipment he needs and that it stays working appropriately. Special shout out to Jose, who was our "go-to" repair person for years until his (well-deserved) promotion. We really appreciate Jose and the rest of the team in helping us keep our parents safe in their own home.

Troy put our ramp in today for my uncle, on a holiday weekend at that. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout our phone conversations as well as the installation today.
