Wow.. I was amazed.. one of the last few hardware stores on Long Island.. I miss the wood creaky floor and the shelves filled with stuff your grandpa would take you to get to fix a leaky pipe in the kitchen . And the little boxes of screws and bolts.But the golden ticket was to see all the trains.. not just any train.. but Lionel and American flyer trains.If you need anything.. come here first.. support your local businesses.. I am always about that...

The lady in the front seemed very sweet and helpful. However I dealt with the guy who handles the trains they sell there. Name was Tom, I believe. He seemed aggravated with helping us. Didn't have patience and was a bit rude. I won't be returning.

Went here to buy a full propane after being recommended by Ace Hardware. Full propane tank about $60 and $30 if you have a empty tank to exchange for a full one. Service was friendly and would definitely go back.

The owners are very courteous people. I didn't buy anything but they still guided me on what I was looking for. Besides I saw that the store was neat and well stocked.
