the way from Central Island because Google says that they close at 9:00 pm, and when I got there, at 8:20 pm, they closed at 8:00 pm, (a paper is written stuck on the door) I knocked the door and the guy told that google doesn't let them change the hour. This is a disrespect for the public. This is the era where the paper at the door is not the way to communicate with your customer.?

Probably the best Joann location I've ever been to! The staff is super sweet and extremely helpful! There is a high fabric selection and the clearance fabric selection is amazing! I wish I was closer to this location but will purposefully come here when I need fabric

Was just profiled at Joann's in West Babylon. Disgusting behavior from possibly 2 employees there. At 2:35 pm on 3/17 I came in to get Jewelry materials and within one minute an employee was "checking the merchandise" in the same aisle, asked me if I needed help and I told her "no thanks". I then hear over a nearby employee's walkie talkie someone giving my description down to the bag I was carrying. I confronted the employee and confirmed that he was told to watch this person not realizing it was me. I left but came back in and this idiot at the front asked me if I purchased anything and I ripped her a new one. I went in there to get pictures and take names, but all employees had vanished. I have a picture of the employee who was following me and will be reaching out to Corporate to alert them not only that the store is in shambles but they have employees following and profiling would be paying customers.

Store hours posted online say they close at 9pm. Called the store and confirmed they close at 9pm. Drove 45 minutes to this location to find a sign on the door with alternate hours and their doors locked. Disappointing and unprofessional to change store hours without updating website, Google hours, or phone message.

This store is the absolute worst. I tried to visit the store tonight 3 hours before closing and the store was closed. Wasted my time going there for it to be closed. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this store. My first store pick up order, half the order was canceled because the didn't have the product. My second one said it was picked up when I never went to pick up the order. If customer service stays like this I don't see this store staying open much longer.

I love this place. If I had a million dollars I would spent it all here. Literally. I love that they have holiday decor to sewing crafts. The value is great and I go in to check out what they have. I could spend hours in here if I'm not careful enough. They also have a decent selection of candles as well. Their holiday decor I absolutely adore. I got a few Halloween decorations there and am so happy I did grab them. They also have some house decorations as well, which are very cute. Definitely something I wanna take a look at when I do have the time

I was just in this one. Yesterday, the last few times I went it was messy, dirty. No one knew anything about any kid of sewing. They had close to nothing on the shelves. Either they are closing or don't want to sestock anything. I couldn't find good thread or stabilizer or anything. Not even pins. . I think they need to stop worrying about holiday decor and bulk up on sewing items n filling all the shelves. I will not being going back to that one till they do.

I can't see how this store can survive much longer. Leaves and debris by the entrance floor have been there since fall. The shelves are messy, the back smells musty and looks so disorganized.

I'll never understand how the Commack location closed over this one. Even pre-downsizing this location was always messy, disorganized, and lacked in variety of fabrics.Always stuff on the floor, almost stepped on a thumbtack, just overall annoying the only other close "open late" location is all the way out in Bohemia and that location feels like one giant warehouse and is severely understaffed.Bathrooms are nasty too

It will depend on the person what experience you will have. Some of the employees are newer and there seems to be a high turnover, but they're generally very helpful. Overall I really appreciate this store is still open - they closed a number of them on LI and it's a shame. It's an older store but they usually have the fabric that I want (I check online before I visit) and I appreciate being able to buy online and pick up at the store since I don't live close by.
