After reading through reviews here and on the BBB site it’s clear that what we experienced is not a one time occurrence. The order that we purchased never arrived and was instead sent back to sender (their warehouse). Our tracking information confirmed this, however, they refuse to provide a full refund. Instead, they claim that only a portion of the order was returned and therefore they cannot refund us even though we never received anything. The customer service is absolutely awful and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Adding additional response after their reply: The response about us returning only a portion is completely false. Both packages that were shipped were both returned back to sender per tracking. We didn’t receive a single item. It’s pretty interesting that they seem to have the same issues with multiple customers. I never leave negative reviews because I know they can be detrimental to a company, however, I can’t accept it when a company makes money scamming their customers.

No stars. No customer service. Fraudulent shipping and return practices. They will steal your money.
We purchased specialty length hex bolts and nuts which were not shipped on-time, and then never delivered. After UPS posted a 'return to sender', Fastener fraudulently claimed that they didn't receive the items back in full. Not sure how we can be blamed for this if it was never delivered in the first place. Anyhow, we have called, and emailed at least 5-10 times, pleaded with customer service to write their wrong and refund us. Nothing.
After reading the other 1-star reviews on this website, is apparent that this company is a total scam. I wonder how much money they steal on a yearly basis on all of these fraudulent deliveries.

Rob & his team are great to our business. We’re a govt contractor who has to meet very stringent specifications, Rob delivers very detailed products and advice to help us meet these tight standards. His selection & customer service are excellent.

Paid for overnight shipping and was not notified that an item was on backstock. If you can't meet a client delivery expectation, you have to communicate that. Business 101 and Fastenere failed.

This must be a scam website. I ordered some screws with 2nd day air shipping about a month ago and still have not received my order. I reached out the company but no reply through email or phone. Do not buy here.

Bought some black screws for a Jeep CJ restoration project. They rusted within 1 week of being outside (and this is in the dry climate of Colorado!). Now I have to spend HOURS replacing all these rusted screws. I emailed customer service 3 times about my order and got no response whatsoever. Look elsewhere if you want something other than low-quality products and low-quality (I mean none at all) customer service.

BEWARE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! They short delivered my order, then proceeded to ignore my request for a refund on the quantity that wasn’t delivered. Order from them at your own risk!

I ordered some hard to find bolts, and there was a mixup with shipping. I called and talked to Rob, the owner, and he went out of his way to make things right. Thanks, Rob!

Ordered 1/2"x16" galvanized bolts with nuts for a boat lift l am refurbishing. They sent 24" bolts without the nuts. I emailed them, and Rob answered quickly and stated he would look into it. I received another email from Nicole on March 7th wanting pictures of the bolts. I sent them pics the next day. I still haven't received a response. Unless you are local l would not buy from this company.

I bought bolt anchors from these guys, I bought one size to big . So I returned the items back brand new never took them out the box.. took me 3 months and dealing with customer service to get my refund back. These guys do bad Business.

Order large anchor bolts in December. Never received them. Called several times, emailed several times and just get the run around or no response at all. Postponed my job two months!! Still haven't received the bolts. Had to go through another company. They will not return my money. Don't waste your time here.

Makes sense they have a one star average here. Bought bolts back in December and never received them. They won't send new ones and won't refund my money. They don't return phone calls or emails. Avoid these guys

EDITED 2/13/23 and dropped to 1 starI just received the package with the two items. It turns out they didn't even send me what I ordered. I just confirmed my order through google and they sent me something completely different. So after waiting the extra time, I still don't have what I ordered. I then tried to call them and went to a voicemal box that was full and couldn't leave a message so I can't even get my money back from them not fulfilling the order. Needless to say, first and last time order from them.ORIGINAL POSTThey had exactly what I needed at a fair price. However, I ordered from them vs Summit because of the stated delivery time. I placed the order on Feb 4 ((Saturday) and their stated delivery was Feb 9 (Thursday). It's now (Feb 10) Friday and they're just beginning the shipping process with the US Postal Service (label created) which will likely add several days over the weekend into next week. So nowhere close to their stated delivery and I've lost several more days than planned on this project.
