This is the second time came in for service and the second time I have receive an attitude. This time when I came in because I have a few frozen lug nuts that need to be free or broken off and replaced. This needs to be done so I can free the tire for a brake job or to replace a flat in the future. Once he found out that im doing the break job that I have been performing on our cars for over 30 years, he was very rude and would not do the job and saying that he would not make any money. I told him he is making the profit on 100% labor and I even offered for him to do the brake job. He continued to say not interested because he wants to over charge me on parts.
From one business to another, this is no way to treat a customer.

Wish I could give zero stars, brakes and rotors done in 2022 and just had to have them replaced again! Should have just went to my mechanic but went there because it was convenient..never again will I use East Neck for anything

Ordered an A.R.E bed cap through ENAS, great service! John and his crew are the best, very knowledgeable about their products. Price wasn’t all that bad either. Very grateful!

I had a problem with my jeep showing service 4wheel drive on the screen so I went to this shop as I saw good reviews on yelp. I met the owner John, who was at the front desk at did my work order. He called me back after with the diagnostic results and an estimate of the work. I gave an ok for all the work to be done,and he showed me the bad unit,they replaced ,a power transfer unit, they spent all day working on it, it was a big job involved, and they had it ready for pickup at the end of the day, but I got it the next morning. I'm happy with all the work they did, all on my invoice, and my jeep is running very well again.I will be back here to have any other work done in the future.

East Neck has serviced my old Buick for years and years - keeping it alive and kicking. John the owner was always honest and straightforward when it came to repairs and maintenance. Finally last year when I took it in with some issues he said it was going to be not worth it for me to repair it and I should consider a new vehicle. He gave me some opinions about what might be a good car for me based on my budget and needs. Now he gets so much less business from me since I have a new car - so it has just been inspections and oil changes. He could have made a lot of money off of me by repairing my older car but instead he was honest and for that I will never go anywhere else!

Took my vehicle to East Next Auto after my neighborhood mechanic couldn't fix the problem (check engine light) and recommended that I take the vehicle to the dealership for repair $$$$. I work in the area and figured I would try East Neck Auto. John was professional and clearly explained the process as well as associated fees. The vehicle was returned in a timely manner and the check engine light is off after the purge valve was replaced. I am hoping I don't see the check engine light anytime soon. I will be using East Neck Auto for future vehicle needs.Service: Check engine light diagnostic

Good 'ol fashioned accomodating service..I had special needs with my corporate card for an alignment w/a company car going outta state.. They did an estimate with paperwork involvement which was a bit extra work than usual but they went through things all the way and did a good job with the alignment as well.
