Just be patient with the guy, he will take care of you. He used to work for the BMW of Freeport and Bay Shore for many years so he is well experienced. If you want to save money over the dealer this is the place. I have a 2017 F15 with over 100K so imagine all service required, the only reason my vehicle is on the road is because of this place otherwise I could be sale it for sure.

The best mechanic/technician. Had the honor of knowing him in his years as a BMW technician at a BMW service department to now having his own shop. His goal has always been to provide the exemplary service without all the hassle that manufacturer service centers give. He's honest, upfront, hard working, and certified. Go see him for all your car needs without question. I highly recommend him always to anyone who asks.

Absolutely the best mechanic around. More than fair pricing and the expertise was fantastic. Freddie doesn’t charge you for things you don’t need. You get better than dealer workmanship, but not at the rates dealers charge.

Freddie is the master of bmws! Over 20 plus years of experience! He has all the tools and computers and knowledge necesarry to get it done. Dont trust taking your bmw to just any mechanic. It will cost you more money and headaches in the long run. The shop is amazing and professional with a cool environment. Wont ever take my bmw any where else.. Ive recommended many friends and they have done right by all of them no complaints and honest quality work.

Appreciate Freddy and the crew that repaired my 2019 F30! These guys are the real deal, I’ve been battling a coolant/overheating issue for about a year and after bouncing around from mechanic to mechanic I had no luck until I went to their shop. Within a week my car was fully repaired and the inspection was completed. Highly professional with daily updates of the process as well STRONGLY RECOMMEND don’t think twice!!
