Genesys and her team did an A++ job. This was a project for my mom's apartment in NY. Genessys went to my mom's apartment multiple times, discussed with her what she needed, drew up the plan, sent me over email the plans and discussed with me various options and prices. It took a really long time (2 years) for us to remodel the apartment, demolish the closets and make it available for her team to come and install. The price didn't change. I had paid deposit 2 years ago and when I called them 2 years later, she right away remembered which project it was, sent her team to remeasure the closets, and then put me at the front of the queue to be installed. Her team was on time to show up, install, clean up the work area and delivered a fantastic job! I really appreciate the time, care and professionalism I received from Genesys and work with me long distance to get this done. My mom is extremely happy with the outcome. A++ company, crew, project manager and customer care.

Really Happy with the result! Genesis was very professional during the home visit, knowledgeable and helpful with ironing out the details of the design. Installation was very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Great company to work with! It took me some time to decide on my final layout but Genesys was very patient with me. Install was very quick (faster than the original lead time provided ) and seamless. Truly a family owned business! I didn’t even bother getting other quotes as I found them to be very reasonably priced. I’m very happy with my new closet!Services: Installation

Did shop for reach in closets with 5 companies. A&G cabinets was very expensive shop around before you buy.Found Reasonable price company with quality products

Christian and his team are amazing and built my dream Pantry and master bedroom closet for me back in 2021. Christian's quality of work is outstanding and the team kept my home neat, were efficient and provided great service. I liked that I was given plans ahead of time to review what my closet and pantry would look like. My closet and pantry are now a few years old and I still love everything about them. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Christian and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We used A&G for eight closets and a mudroom installation. Do not pay them until they fulfill their contract. They owe me velvet padding for two drawers. It was on my contract yet they didn't have it when they installed it. They said they would come back when it get's in and for 8 months now they still haven't returned and are no longer answering my phone call. Genesys is who I made this deal with. If you are looking to install Custom Closets, look no more!!! From the initial call with Christian to the project installation he was incredibly consultative, patient and communicative with me. He came to my house to provide the estimate and proposed design, provided multiple iterations of designs for 2 walk in closets and 1 child closet. He was incredibly patient with me until I was 100% sure on what I wanted. When I didn’t understand how the corners meet & would look like, he FaceTimed me from his beautiful wife, Maria’s, closet so I could see how it would look. His pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable. He and his wife came to my house to execute the contract and finalize my color choices.On the day of installation Christian and Maria both came to my house along with the team of George, Monica, Kett, & Gennisis. The installation team was AMAZING, incredibly detailed, and really nice people! When the job was complete, you would have never known they were here when they left, my house was spotless!!I can’t say it enough how incredibly glad I hired Custom Closets A&G Design!!! I cannot recommend Custom Closets A&G Designs enough! Genesys helped with my custom walk-in closet design and was truly amazing throughout the entire process. During our consultation she literally mapped out the perfect closet design I’ve been dreaming of while constantly scrolling through inspiration pics on Instagram, and all within a reasonable budget! She constantly made herself available anytime I needed to check in and really went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one. Their prices are competitive with IKEA, Container Store etc. but with incredible quality. The installers were efficient and polite and the end result is beautiful. I can’t thank Genesys and the A&G team enough for turning my spare bedroom into the lady cave I’ve always wanted! To say I’m elated would be an understatement.
