Cheiris Gilmore-McKnight and her staff at Apple Bank are the most knowledgable, thorough, and attentive bankers I have dealt with in years. She patiently answered questions and concerns, while fully informing my parents and me of the risks and benefits of the products being offered. Fair, no pressure discussions throughout our meeting. Happy to be doing business with Apple Bank, but more importantly at the Babylon Branch with Cheris and her colleagues.

A bank with employees that care and smile! The VP Branch Manager, Cheiris is a rockstar. We have a not-for-profit account at Apple, it’s been at their bank for over 20 years and we would never switch banks. The people that run the Branch truly care, always willing to help, give advice, and assist. Way to go Apple.. you hire great people! Hope you treat them well .

It’s a pretty building. Place is very clean and family friendly. They have trinkets and crayons for the kids. The drive thru goes fast. Transactions are usually quick with no issues. The branch manager is very kind and helpful. Always personable with conversation. Rates are decent you just need to make sure you keep an eye on the changing percentages of the various accounts. You might want to hop around the different savings accounts for the best rates. Online banking is easy with the app.

Cheiris McKnight is excellent, I went in with my son to talk about CD options and she was the most courteous and professional VP I had ever met at any apple bank. She took the time to answer all our questions fully and was very kind. She explained everything in detail and helped us. This is the kind of experience I like when I go to the bank. I can see how she is the VP of the branch, she is very knowledgeable. Thank you cherish.

The staff of this branch is just incredible. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It is really a pleasure to see a human touch rather than punch buttons on the phone trying to get answers from a computer system.
