I took my car in for an oil change because my company uses this garage for their vehicles. I received a call saying I had maybe a week left for my front brakes before being metal on metal and they wanted to charge me 350 dollars to change the brakes. I told them I wanted to see them first and after looking at them they were not even halfway through their life. I felt extremely taken advantage and felt like this was very poor customer service.

I found Whitwood Motors approximately five years ago after trying the high priced competition in town. I've never had a misdiagnosis or a disagreement with these guys. Richard the owner is a great guy and he hire's awesome mechanics. Danny is the one who always works on my car and I have complete confidence whenever I take my car there. The prices are good and the quality of work is top notch! I highly recommend Whitwood's for excellent work!

Dropped off our truck to have our tires replaced and by the end of the day, new tires on old tires in the bed after he reminded them lol. Still great service!!!

Called for two days before I got ahold of anyone, and then find out my favorite tech is no longer working there...hope they hire someone soon..a lot to expect of the one tech that is still turning wrenches for them....

They are great! They listen, and they really take care of you like your family. Just moved here from two hours away. I was nervous about a mechanic. Boy did I get lucky! These folks are awesome
