This is two years in row that shorts has let us down. Last winter we had a instalment plan for a furnace. All of a sudden they take our prepaid propane money and pay of Bill on furnace leaving us with a huge propane bill! This year they take our prepaid propane money and pay for diesel fuel that we didn't even want delivered! No attempts to make any it right with us. We are switching company's.
