They are awesome! From out of town and had an emergency radiator hose/heater core issue. Hose was spewing fluid all over my feet while driving!! They found a way to quickly repair it within an hour and a half so I could drive the 7hrs back! Saved me from having to call AAA to tow it home and rent a car! So thankful! They were all so nice and really saved me. I definitely recommend them!!

Great place ,great experience ,took my bmw x3 in for cv shafts replacement. Started at my appointment time got it done as quick as they could ,friendly staff. They gained a customer for life here !

Needed tires mounted and balanced. They got me right in and was quick/efficient. One lug nut was f'd up one missing they fixed that also. 5 ? Also Waiting room is masculine just like a shop should be love it. ?

If there was a zero stars review that is exactly what I would give them. The worst customer service, the worse car repair shop I have ever been to. Leitzells’s was uninterested in making right what they did wrong. I went for a estimate to fix my van doors and they literally took my money for the estimate, told me that could fix it and it would cost $500. So we agreed to them fixing it and it actually came out of the shop worse then when it went in. So we called and had them bring it back in and now the door handle is broken! They broke the handle told us that they don’t do door jobs? Like why did they agree to do the door job in the first place then. Literally disgusted right jow
