“I like this store but whenever I call to have an item sent to the front desk for pickup if a man answers the phone the item won't be there. But if one of the women answers the phone the item is there. It's pretty strange and it is literally every time. I called ahead an hour for an item and was told by some guy that it would be up front but sure enough, once I get there someone has to show me where the items are located because nothing was brought up. Very strange.”
