Excellent example of symmetrical architecture. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Must be toured for the exquisite displays of art and artifacts. The grounds are a community gathering place for music on the lawn, and activities like fairs.

Attended the 19th Century dance workshop presented by the Genesee Country Village and Museum. It was alot more fun and informative than I expected. I highly recommend it!
