Expensive towing, late pickup

Around 2006 or 2007, they towed my 1973 Super Beetle after someone crashed into me, and while they had it, one of their employees stole it. They avoided me and my calls for months, and I finally found out that one of their employees had stolen my car for its very expensive custom engine, which he then installed into his wife's car. They lied about it, and never offered me any compensation whatsoever. They got away with stealing from me, but you don't have to let them steal from you.

I had my car towed by the police department Sunday night. I thought it was being held by D&J so I naturally went there to pick it up. Jordan came out and told me that it wasn’t there. So I asked him where it was “—at the
Impound lot,” he said. When I asked him where that was, he was extremely rude, insisting that I go back to the police department after I’d already been running errands for a full hour. He KNEW where the impound lot is, he just had to be a jerk and make me do the runaround. Will definitely not be going back there again, and you can bet that I’ll be spreading the word that D&Js treat Wellsvillians poorly.

For the area we are in it is super difficult to find a reliable auto body shop that you can trust with your vehicle. They are fixing my car after being without it for a year. I love their correspondence, very efficient. I haven't gotten my car done yet but Jordan has been so great in the diagnosis of my vehicle this far and keeping me in the loop. I am very appreciative of this company.!!! Highly recommend. Will definitely go here from now on for any repair.Services: Body & Trim

Jordan came out at midnight on Saturday, 45 miles to save me from my deer accident. He alerted the appropriate authorities and had experience with my insurance company. I'd still be out in the middle of nowhere if not for him.

Amazing service! Our Mom had a battery go south on her car and stranded her in town. Jordan went out to check on her and confirm the problem, got a new battery and installed it for her on the spot. He was great to work with and so kind and helpful to Mom. Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome or service. Very thankful for the help. Highest recommendation for these guys!Services: Battery

My boyfriend took his car in for a cracked bumped and a repaint. He drives 45 minutes to work everyday and was told the car would be done in 2-3 days. It has now been almost 3 weeks and they are just now painting the bumper and now he won’t get his car till after the weekend because the paint needs to dry. He has been having to borrow other peoples cars every single day for the last 2 weeks to work or having to take off if he can’t find anyone. Due to the amount of time they are taking. Never going there again. We chose D&Js due to their great reviews but based on our own experience we are very much regretting that decision.
