The gentlemen at Brand Names were wonderful. Before buying a new refrigerator they provided me with the name of a repair service. My refrigerator wasn't worth fixing. Bought a beautiful new frig and it was delivered and very professionally installed. As a single woman I felt I was treated fairly and I was never talked down to. I would highly recommend this hometown gem!

We've bought 2 freezers from Brand Name Appliance in Wellsville, NY in the past 5: years. They have been very accommodating, opening their store after hours and on weekends to allow us to get what we need. The prices are competitive and the products are reliable. I would highly recommend them!

UNSAFE!!!! Bought a refrigerator from them for 1573.25 and was told they would deliver it and remove the old one. My wife was home for the delivery and she informed me that the workers broke the ground off the plug while moving it into the house. She then called me and informed me that the refrigerator was working and I asked her to send me a photo of the repair. To my astonishment I was sent the picture below with the two different colored cords spliced together with wire nuts and electrical tape. Surely this repair was not performed by a licensed electrician. I instructed my wife to unplug the refrigerator and contacted them to remove the fire hazard from my home. This place should be ashamed of themselves, and I hope there isn’t anyone else out there with this work hidden behind their appliances.
