All I wanted was an oil change! I guess they decided to do what ever they wanted. I don't use blue windshield wiper fluid. I didn't need my tires rotated. With rotating my tires they fd up my TPMS system. They asked if I would liked them fixed. Sure it would cost me! All I wanted was oil and a filter. I tell them that every time. I will not be back. I won't go back for anything I need done. Nothing! Nothing !

Just purchased a barely used ‘23 Sierra from Bokman in Wellsville. Sales person Ben Hall was phenomenal. No pressure and I felt he was ‘keeping it real’. Went for tire mount and balance, happy with service. Only issue is they forgot to give me my lug key back, but they called next day and said they had it, very pleased with service department representative. Also when tires were replaced my rims were covered in the lubricants that help mount the tire to the rim. I do wish they were cleaned after tires were on, seeing I had them clean before I had it serviced.
