Refused a Fed Ex package because it was inches bigger than policy...will have all packages sent home from now on..Also was in line 5 min before closing , in the post office building, clerk was chatting away , did NOT get my mail...told to come back tomorrow...HORRIBLE Service

The good: excellent service! Accepts non-USPS deliveries (e.g., accepts UPS and FedEx)! The bad: No longer provides recycling or trash receptacles except at the counter (i.e., you can throw away your used packing materials only during counter hours).

I love this little post office where they are so helpful and know your name once you've been in there a few times. It's what a post office should be; friendly and helpful. And you can find out what's happening locally on the lobby bulletin board. It's a gem and great community resource.

Dpends on who you deal with, I'd say, in the post office itself, it is hit or miss, there is one woman knowledgeable and polite, friendly and provides excellent customer care, the other one is rude, with errogance based on nothing, kept giving us wrong information and arguing with us about it, one time i waited in line and there was no one at the front and the older customer rang the bell on the counter, she came up and statted berating this old lady and was so disgustingly rude that i requested to speak to the postmaster. While i was speaking to the postmaster about what i obsteved she tried to interject. Just unreal. Another time i witnessed her being semi polite and that was the best i've seen her. Perhaps she needs help but clearly she isnt really getting it. Delivery is also hit or miss. If you live in the village you get good service, in 10 years living in the village never dis i have a single issue, but if you are in town where I live now, one delivery person is terrible, she threw our packages on the porch, lied that there was no place to leave packages, while she never even bothered to actually get iut of the car and deliver it, even though the time before, she left them on that same porch or yet threw them. She threw our expensive equipment and it is all on camera. We have multiple cameras on our property. Just a disgrace of a postal service, really. Postmaster seems decent but completely useless, seems he can't get all his employees to provide proper (forget about good) customer service. I have seen pretty bad customer service in all my travels and this post office ranks pretty high on the "worst" scale coming second to only a few others. I am contemplating taking a step above complaining to post master and provide tuem with all the videos as well. I jsut dread spending precious time on this but it may have to come to that.

have had a PO box there for several years. As Canadian it allows me access to many things not shipped here. Staff is fantastic and easy to deal with. Great location.

Do not use USPS premium forwarding service. Two weeks now and I'm STILL waiting for ANY of my first class mail. I tried online contact but their final page has an immovable ad so u can not submit. I called. They said I'd get a callback in 4-6 minutes. Half hour so far and counting. What a useless organization. FedEx: could you please buy them and fix them???
