“We had a great experience here. Our dog needed knee surgery and they were quick to respond and get us in to see them. They then had great customer service when he had to stay overnight and I was nervous and they told me I could call anytime. When I did call they were very sweet and would give me updates. Then we had really good experience post-op as well with the pet care therapy. I felt they really do care about the animals in their care!”

“Dr. Schnabel and now Dr. Hopp are the best docs in the world. They’re compassionate and even when busy take the time to answer any questions you have and calm any fears you have with gentle honesty. My dog was super sick a few years back and they got him back to me. I trust them with my babies and can’t sing their praises enough. Their entire team are the best people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They care and work very very hard. They know my dog by name (if not personality!) and seem genuinely happy to see him/us.
