I joined zoom tan in May because I wanted to get a nice base color for summer. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and even worked with me having an out of state license as I just moved back to Webster. They have sunless spray and stand up tanning beds. No lie down beds. Facility is extremely clean and there was never a wait. I usually went right after lunch rush at 1pm or later in the evening around 6pm. No one ever in line and I was in and out. You can tan up to 12 minutes but I never went over 8 and have a nice base. The booths have music and one fan setting. They do get hot after about 5 minutes but they have double doors you can open to let in some cooler air. Membership was half off my first month when I signed up but the full price is around 40 bucks a month with perks on discounted spray tans. You can cancel online no hassle if you need to. It only takes about 2 minutes and you get a text confirming your cancellation but you still get the remaining of your month to tan! Really great establishment!

I went in this zoom tan location to look into getting a tanning membership, and I was really impressed by the customer service and friendliness of all of the employees. The facility was clean and well organized, and seemed very well managed. While I was there a district manager approached me (I think her name was Lynn? She was blonde and super friendly) and asked what I was there for and talked to me about their gym facility and the tanning and gym packages they were offering at this time. I honestly didn't even know zoom tan had a gym. I currently work out at PF and because of Lynn's friendliness and willingness to answer all of my questions I amnow going to cancel PF and start working out at this gym instead!! I can't express how happy I am with the experience I had here.

I was turned away for a spray tan because my son who is a baby was with me in his stroller. So my impression of this establishment does not support women with children.

I seriously hope this company goes under further dishonesty. I have been in a contract for the last seven years and probably go maybe 20 times a year in May and June. The girl told me I was grandfathered in at $9.99 years ago when I was going to cancel and she told me not to. Suddenly I get a charge on my card for $42 with no notice and when I called they told me it is because I opted out of texts. They have my email and they could have emailed me. I have to opt out of tax because at work I do not need texts coming in about spray tans constantly and this is how they say they communicate with people. That is total bull and a lousy way to run a company Zoom Tan you are awful and I hope you go under.Service: UV tanning
